Jamaican Cuisine at Round Hill Hotel

Round Hill is a luxury resort just outside Montego Bay on the north coast that has hosted the likes of Noel Coward and Oscar Hammerstein. General Manager Joseph Forstmayr makes food one of the highlights of the resort experience with its lighter, new Caribbean cuisine. Round Hill therefore has formed a cadre of young chefs that improvises creatively on traditional fare.
